Lesanne qualified as a solicitor in 1998 and joined the private client department of Diamond Heron in 2023 having worked in a well-respected rural practice for the previous 18 years. Lesanne deals with all matters relating to wills and the administration of Estates, elderly clients and issues of capacity advising on Enduring Powers of Attorney and Controllership Orders. She also specialises in residential conveyancing acting on behalf of clients in sales, purchases and re-mortgaging of properties and advises on connected matters including Help to Buy Isas, Lifetime Isas, ground rent redemptions and Northern Ireland Co-Ownership Housing transactions.
